The system now correctly distinguishes between primary entities (e.g., “EPIC USA, Inc.” and “Jones & Spross, PLLC”), related entities (e.g., “LexConnect” and “Exponent Holding”), and representatives (e.g., “Crispen” and “Brian”).
👥 Choose from all authorized signatories – Sign Sure now displays all officers (including Andy and Artie) as authorized signatories, allowing you to select from all available authorized signatories for an entity.
