Provider Portal Enhancements

The provider dashboard has been completely redesigned with comprehensive metrics cards showing active, pending, and defaulted subscriptions.
Providers can now filter dashboard data by state, allowing them to view metrics and learning tracks specific to different regions.
The dashboard displays learning tracks in an organized table format with key information at a glance.

Students Tab

Students now see a countdown timer during the purchase process, helping them understand how much time remains in their session.
When the session expires, an automatic expiration dialog appears with a redirect countdown, ensuring a smooth experience and preventing incomplete transactions.
