Sibling Discount Management
A new sibling discount feature allows providers to automatically apply discounts when multiple children from the same family are enrolled.
- Automatic Sibling Detection: The system automatically identifies siblings through Timeback integration
- Configurable Discount Settings: Set custom discount percentages for sibling enrollments
- Discount Verification: Sibling discounts are only applied when verified, ensuring accuracy
Enhanced Subscription Cancellation Options
Providers now have more control over how subscriptions are cancelled, with multiple cancellation types available.
- Default Cancellation: Cancel a subscription after the commitment period ends
- Force Immediate Cancellation: Cancel a subscription immediately without waiting for the commitment period to end
- Schedule Cancellation Date: Set a specific future date for when the cancellation should take effect
- Cancellation Type Selection: Choose the most appropriate cancellation method based on the situation
