You will be hired as a contractor through CROSSOVER and then will work with one of the companies, that belong to a very well funded private equity firm that focuses exclusively on buying, strengthening, and then growing mature software companies.

If you have what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to participate in a two-week, 20 hours per week, paid part-time training course. Schedules will most likely be during off business hours so as not to interfere with your current job/occupation. Once you have finished and passed the training course you will be moved to our Market Place where you wait for one of our Hiring Managers to interview you. Should you pass the interview, you will be offered a full-time position within our organization.

The tournament option will, in general, be a way to expedite the hiring process as feedback regarding your application is usually received a week after the tournament.
